Monogramming
Monogramming of one, two or three initials (block style only) is complimentary on all items purchased at C&F. All monogramming is done gold with periods unless otherwise specified. The size and location of the monogramming is standard and will be placed by C&F.
All monogrammed items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Depending on the item, monogramming will add between 7 to 14 days to the delivery time of your order.

Orders consisting of more than one item may arrive at their destination over multiple days due to varied processing times. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options.

Repairs
C&F offers a repair service for most of its products. Repairs should be returned to the following address:

Please include a note stating the nature of the repair and be sure to include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable means such as UPS or insured mail.
Is there a charge for repairs?
Repairs that are necessary due to excessive wear or carrier damage are charged. If there is a charge for your repair, you will be notified before the work is started.
How long will it take to complete my repair?
Repairs are usually completed in 7 to 10 days. In the event that the repair will take longer than this, you will be advised of the delay.
Our Guarantee
C&F products are made from the finest materials by expert craftsmen. All C&F products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. In the unlikely event that a problem arises due to a defect, C&F will promptly repair the item at our expense. Repairs thet are necessary due to excessive wear or damaged by a customer or carrier are not covered by our warrantee and will be charged.
Returns
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned within 30 days from date of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt. Articles returned without a sales receipt are entitled to a non refundable merchandise credit. Please send returns to the following address:
